Overview

Sam Edelman offers Click & Collect in Kuwait, allowing you to shop online at Sam Edelman Kuwait and pick up your order in person at your selected store in Kuwait, free of charge.

How It Works

1.    Shop online and select Click & Collect at checkout.

2.    Choose your preferred pickup store from the list of participating locations.

3.    Receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection, along with your Order Confirmation Number.

4.    Collect your order at your chosen store within the timeframe below.

Collection Timeframe

•       Orders are typically ready for collection within 48 hours of being placed (subject to stock availability at the selected store).

•       You will be notified via Email & WhatsApp once your order is ready.

•       Orders must be collected within 7 days of the ready-for-collection notification. Orders not collected within this period will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

What You Need to Bring

•       Your Order Confirmation Number (printed or shown on your mobile device).

•       Orders can be collected by the person named on the order, or by someone on their behalf, provided they present the order confirmation.

Collecting on Behalf of Someone Else

If you are unable to collect your order yourself, another person may collect it for you as long as they can present the order confirmation number/email associated with the order.

Order Cancellations & Changes

•       You may cancel or amend your Click & Collect order prior to collection by contacting Customer Service Team.

•       If your order is cancelled or not collected within 7 days, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Items collected in-store can be returned or exchanged in line with our standard Returns/Exchange Policy, either in-store or by mail, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
